Every customer purchasing from the new colour range (Easyfits, Teenyfits, Wraps and Training pants) will be given a free scratchcard. One of these scratchcards is the Golden ticket. Who will find it? Full terms and conditions below:

1. Participants must be 16 years or over to play or claim a prize.
2. 1 x scratch card will be supplied with each transaction that contains TotsBots Rainbow product(s).
3. Winners must fill in their details on the space provided on winning scratch cards to claim their prize. Prizes will be awarded to the person whose details appear on the reverse of the scratch card.
4. There are no cash alternatives to the prizes.
5. Prizes can only be fulfilled to UK addressees.
6. Winners of TotsBots product prizes are required to call 0141 778 7486 in order to claim their prize where further instructions will then be given. Winners will then be instructed to post in their scratch card by recorded delivery, or at their own risk, to verify their claim.
7. Calls to the claim phone number are charged at standard national rates from a BT landline.
8. Winners should allow 28 days for delivery of prizes all prizes.
9. Prizes are subject to availability.
10. All prizes are non-refundable. This does not affect your statutory rights.
11. All product prizes will be distributed via a transportation or courier service that may require a signature on receipt at the stated address on the scratch card or as otherwise directed by the winner.
12. The promoter reserves the right to replace a prize with another of identical or higher value in the event of circumstances outside of their control.

14. Winners may be required to participate in reasonable publicity.
15. Scratch cards cannot be sold or exchanged for monetary value.
