Terms and Conditions
- Payment may be by secure credit and debit card (Visa, Mastercard
and Switch) transaction through WorldPay, by Paypal, by cheque, by
debit or credit card over the phone or bank tansfer.
- Delivery is by Royal Mail or courier.
- Your details will be stored on a computer according to the terms
of the Data Protection Act 1998.
- We request your name, address and email (optional) to enable us
to provide you with an efficient after-sales service but we WILL NOT
pass your details to ANY third parties..
- No credit card details are stored anywhere in our system so once
your transaction has gone ahead there is no record of your card details.
- All goods remain the property of this company until payment is
made in full.
- We reserve the right to refuse to supply goods.
- We will despatch most items within 3 working days of receipt of
payment. If items are out of stock we will order them immediately
and despatch as soon as we receive them. However, we suggest that
you allow up to 28 days for receipt of your goods. Customers will
be kept fully informed of the status of their order should it take
longer than 3 working days to despatch. If you are not happy with
a delay we will be happy to offer you a full refund.
- If you are paying by cheque you will need to allow time for the
cheque to get to us and a further 5 working days for it to clear,
as we will not normally despatch goods until we have received the
funds.
- Delivery charges will depend on value of goods ordered (see postage
and delivery page).
- If you wish to order from outside Europe please contact us to discuss
delivery costs and options.
- If an order has to be split then the second despatch will be free
of any further postage charges.
- In the occasional event of a product being faulty or damaged when
you receive it you can return it to us for a full refund or a replacment
item and we will refund your return postage costs.
- We always obtain a proof of posting certificate for packages
we despatch. On occasion packages may be delayed or lost completely
in the post. In these circumstances Royal Mail does not officially
recognise items as lost until 15 days after posting. If your package
does not arrive please let us know and we will help you to try to
trace it.
- We wish to inform you that, in accordance with the Consumer Protection
(Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you have a 'cooling off period'
of seven days, starting from when you receive your goods. You may
return goods during this period in unused saleable condition for any
reason whatsoever for a full refund of their value. We require that
you pay return postage to us and we will not refund the initial P&P
costs to you (even if no charge was made initially due to the value
of your order- in this case you will have to pay £3 postage).
- We will also usually (at our discretion) accept items back within
three months of purchase in an unused saleable condition for a full
refund (minus postage). If you wish to return something beyond time
this please contact us to discuss this.
- If returning goods to us we suggest you get a 'certificate of posting'
(free of charge) from your post office so that you can claim compensation
from Royal Mail should the parcel not reach us. We cannot be held
responsible for any items lost in the post.
- We reserve the right to change any advertised price before you place
an order.
- All products and services are subject to availability and may be
withdrawn at any time. If your order cannot be fulfilled you will
be offered a choice of an alternative or given a full refund.
- We will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is within our
power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure,
but in the absence of negligence on our part, we cannot be held liable
for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised
access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from our
site.
- The first nappy and wrap of each brand (e.g. first Fuzzi Bunz, Nature
Babies Stuffables, Wonderoos, pocket nappy inserts, Wonder-Fulls,
Motherease, Sandy's or Tots Bots, Minki, Bimble, Bumble, Diddy Diapers)
bought by a customer will automatically be on a trial basis. This
means that if the nappy is returned to us within one month of purchase
in good usable condition the customer will be refunded 70% of the
purchase price. The customer will be responsible for the cost of return
postage, and is advised that you get a certificate of posting from
the Post Office. Each customer is entitled to one trial nappy of each
brand only. The refund is at our discretion based on the condition
of the nappy when it is returned: nappies returned which have been
damaged beyond use will not be refuded.
- No other goods other than stated above are sold on a trial basis.
- We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any
time.
- These Terms and Conditions do not affect consumer statutory rights.
