We have made sure that all has been done to keep your card details secure when you use babykind.co.uk For all such transactions we use the internet merchant bank facilites of Worldpay. At no time do we transmit or email your personal or card details unencrypted. All communications between customers and WorldPay is encrypted to the maximum strength supported by the browser being used (128 bit SSL or TLS). Shoppers are protected from fraudulent use of their cards in a 'card not present' environment by their card issuers. The card issuers provide the right for shoppers to dispute a transaction if the goods do not arrive or if the card is used fraudulently.

Privacy
We request your name, address and email (optional) to enable us to provide you with an efficient after-sales service. In some instances we may refer email or phone enquiries, including your name and phone number or email address, to a BabyKind advisor who acts on our behalf. Other than this we WILL NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES PASS YOUR DETAILS TO ANY THIRD PARTIES. If you would prefer that your enquiry not be passed on to a BabyKind advisor please state this when you make your enquiry.

Your details will be stored on a computer according to the terms of the Data Protection Act 1998.
