How to order

Ordering from within the UK
When you have finished shopping click on the 'Proceed to Checkout' button and fill in the form with your details, including any additional information. You will need to include the location where the goods are to be sent (i.e. UK) and any special discount codes. You will also need to indicate that you agree to our terms and conditions to go ahead with the purchase.

Then click on 'Submit Order' button. This allows you to preview your invoice and print it if you wish. If you are happy with the invoice confirm the order by clicking 'Accept Invoice'. You will then be taken to a page showing the payment options available. This includes Cheque, Debit or Credit Card (through the secure server at WorldPay) or PayPal. If you choose to pay by cheque simply send a cheque, made payable to 'BabyKind' with your order number (BK...), name and address on the back of the cheque to the address given at the checkout. Ordering from outside the UK but within Europe
Compete the steps above but select the location as "Europe" . We can accept payment from outside the UK by Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard) through the secure server at WorldPay or by PayPal, but not by not cheque. If you choose to pay by PayPal you can click straight through using the PayPal button and make your payment as usual. If you are unable to do this for some reason you can use the "send payment" option to send payment.

Ordering from outside Europe
We are happy to consider any requests for orders outside Europe. Shipping is usually charged at cost. Please email us for a shipping quote first.
