This classic, well-loved, stretchy, terry towelling knit nappy can be adjusted with poppers to fit from birth to potty, making it a very economical option. It is slim-fitting for a one-size shaped nappy, and offers surprisingly good absorbency, with the option of snap-in boosters to increase absorbency as baby grows or for night time. The waist and legs are gently elasticated to give a good fit and ensure against leaks and it fastens with poppers at the leg. The original One Size is made from 85% cotton terry towelling with 15% polyester in the outer weave to reduce shinkage and increase durability and softness and the new Motherease Organic One Size give the 100% organic cotton option. Also available made from a soft, durable bamboo terry knit.

Sizing
A birth-to-potty nappy, the Motherease One Size fits from approx. 8 - 35lb, (3.6 - 15.9Kg), depending upon the build of your baby. The height (rise) of the nappy is reduced by folding down the front of the nappy to reveal a hidden layer of poppers. Extenders can be purchased if the nappy is outgrown sooner than expected. This nappy will seem rather bulky on a newborn baby but after the inital couple of months the Motherease One Size will give a nice trim nappy up into toddlerhood and usually until potty training. The pictures shows our son at 28 months in his Motherease One Size Organic. He is tall and heavy for his age at around the 90th centile, yet his Motherease One Size still gives a good fit!

Original
The original Motherease One-Size is available in natural (creamy unbleached cotton) or white. Matching snap-in boosters are also available in white and natural.

One Size Dry
This nappy is also available as the Motherease One Size Dry which has a permanent, attached stay-dry polyester inner layer that allows urine through into the absorbent nappy, helping to keep baby's skin dry and healthy. As with the original One-Size you can also boost this nappy with snap-in boosters (original or stay-dry). Available in natural (creamy unbleached cotton) colour.

One Size Organic

This nappy is now available made from 100% organic cotton from the USA. The Motherease One Size Organic feels even more beautifully soft than the original version. Organic cotton has less environmental impact in its production than standard cotton and makes for a stronger, more flexible and durable fibre. (Click for more information on why choose organic fibres.) Brand new to the market, this organic nappy has already been voted best new organic non-food product by the Soil Association. Matching organic snap-in boosters are also available.

One Size Bamboo
Now available in a very soft and durable bamboo terry. Bamboo is a very green fibre to grow and so a great choice for an eco-friendly nappy option. Absorbent and trim with bamboo's natural antibacterial properties.

Advantages & disadvantages of the Motherease One Size compared with other shaped nappies: Slim fitting for an older babies and durable. As with other one size nappies, can be a bit bulky on newborns and outgrown earlier than potty training on larger toddlers. What else will I need? With this nappy you may choose to use nappy liners (either disposable (paper) or reusable (e.g. fleece). You are likely to need boosters for overnight or as you baby gets bigger and does bigger wees. Motherease snap-in boosters popper into the nappy to keep them in place and are ideal for this nappy, though other sit-in style boosters can also be used. You will need outer covers/wraps.
Suggested wraps Motherease Rikki or Air Flow are designed to accompany this nappy system. Other covers will fit, such as the Nature Babies Classic Covers, though we would recommend using the medium size wrap (10lb+) from birth with one-sized nappies.
