Why agents?
There are not many things that you buy without ever having seen them before, so it's not surprising that choosing real nappies can be difficult. Because only a minority of parents (albeit a growing minority!) use real nappies and they are not readily available in the high street, there's not much opportunity to see and discuss a range of real nappies with a knowledgeable person. Holding a nappy in your hands and getting chance to ask basic questions really does help in making decisions about which nappies to go for.

Who are the agents?
BabyKind nappy agents are usually mums (and some dads) who are experienced with using real nappies. They have used a wide range of nappies and feel passionate about offering parents an informed choice about the nappy system they choose for their baby. An agent can arrange to meet you to show you a range of the products that we offer, how they are used, discuss your own requirements and the pros and cons of the different types. If you feel that you want to go ahead and order some nappies, your agent can do this for you too, and arrange delivery to your home.

BabyKind agents have joined us predominantly because they want to spread the word about great cloth nappies and because they want to help other people get started with them. It is not our philosophy to pressurise people into buying products, but to supply people with the information and products that they want. Therefore you can see or receive advice from a BabyKind nappy agent without pressure to buy as we do not have 'built in' sales incentives etc. However, please bear in mind that our agents do not get paid for their time but earn commission on orders they place, so if you are advised by an agent please ensure that you either order through them or let us know that you have spoken to them when you place an order directly through the site.

Nappucinos
'Nappucinos' are growing in popularity and are a fun way to find out about real nappies. As their name would suggest they involve nappies and a beverage! They involve a group of parents or parents-to-be getting together to meet up informally to find out about real nappies or if they are already using them to swap tips and ideas about using them.
