Jersey Real Nappy Incentive scheme

We are pleased to be able to offer the Jersey Real Nappy Incentive Scheme to you directly for your convenience. Please contact your council for relevant information about this offer (email: recycle @ gov.je or Tel: Jersey 448589). If you qualify for a discount you will receive a Voucher Code. You can order and claim back your £30 discount in the following ways:

Step 1:

Either

Order online as you usually would and then enter your Jersey Voucher Code into the Special Discount box at the checkout. This will automatically give you the discounted total for your shop cart contents. You can then either pay online as usual or send us a cheque.

or

Telephone us on 0845 094 2275 and make your order and give us your discount code so we can calculate the cost of your order with the discount. You can pay by credit or debit card over the phone or send a cheque.

Step 2:

Please send us your original paper voucher. We will then despatch your order to you as a priority. (Please note, the name of the person ordering must be the same as the name on the voucher. The delivery address must have a Jersey post code.)

VAT
VAT is not chargable to purchasers resident in the Channel Islands. Most of our products (real nappies and baby clothing, bibs etc.) are Zero VAT rated in the UK so most of the time there will be no VAT charge. If your order includes items that do attract VAT in the UK (e.g. nappy buckets) this will automatically be added to your order by our shopping cart. However the VAT you pay will be refunded to you (via the method you paid) when your order is processed. Alternatively you can contact us after you have made your order and we will send you an ammened amount to pay and give instructions on how to pay via your chosen method.
