Guarantee & returns policy
We want your to be happy with your purchase and make every effort to ensure that they reach you in perfect condition. However we guarantee all our products against defects in materials and workmanship for a month from receipt of the item. Please read the details below for further information about returns of faulty items, non-faulty items and trial nappies.
Faulty items
If you find that a product is defective please return the item to us, along with a brief description of the problem, your contact details and your receipt or order number if possible or, failing that, the approximate date of purchase. We will offer you a refund or exchange, including refunding reasonable costs of return postage, or a replacement item with no hesitation.
Packaging returns
Please note that we will not refund unreasonable postage costs. We ask that you package the item in appropriate packaging e.g. if it is to be posted by Airmail please use a lightweight envelope (not paper as they rip), preferably a plastic mailing bag (you can reverse the one we sent to you and re-use it), rather than a thick, heavy padded bag. Nappies and other cloth items do not need to be sent in thick protective mail bags. We are not able to pay for insurance of the item.
Returns, refunds and exchanges of non-faulty items
We have a 'no quibble' returns policy. If you change your mind about an item, you may return it unopened, unused, unwashed and in resalable condition within a reasonable amount of time for a refund of the cost of the item or for exchange. We cannot refund the postage costs in these circumstances and, if you qualified for free postage previously due to the value of your order, we will also deduct postage at cost from your refund.
We are unable to refund or exchange used or pre-washed nappies or wraps, except when they qualify as an 'automatic trial nappy' (i.e. the first of every type of nappy and wrap that you buy from us is automatically on a trial basis. If returned in good used condition within one month of receipt of the item we will, at our discretion, refund you 70% of the purchase cost). It is therefore a good idea to try one or two nappies before washing all your nappies.
'Trial' items
We will refund 70% of the first of any nappy or wrap purchased as this qualifies.
Guarantees on specific items
Some items carry a manufacturer's warranty. Fuzzi Bunz have a one year guarantee on poppers. If you find a broken popper within a year of purchase please return it to us with a note explaining the situation and your contact details . Please include your receipt or order number if possible or, failing that, the approximate date you made the purchase so we can locate your order. I am sorry but we cannot exchange items purchased from another retailer.
