Not everyone finds breastfeeding comfortable in the early days (though this will pass). As with baby's bottom, nothing beats airing for helping to heal tender nipples. We have even heard of one mother who cut holes in an old jumper to achieve this! However, this isn't always practical, so we offer Green People's Mum and Baby Rescue Balm to help out. Its a scent-free rescue balm, gentle enough for mum and baby to share.

Organic Calendula and Vitamin E soothe sore cracked nipples before and after breastfeeding. It is rich in Organic Shea Butter to reduce dry skin for mum and baby. Also Organic Sunflower, Sweet Almond and Hemp Seed Oil softens the perineum region before birth. It is fragrance free and gentle for frequent use – use as often as required

Also suitable for those who may be prone to eczema and psoriasis.

Natural Reusable Facial Cleansing Pads
Reusable double-sided pads for facial cleansing.
These useful pads are made from a blend of organic cotton (45%) and hemp (55%) and are perfect for cleansing. Fully machine washable they can be used again and again so an end to throwing away packs of cotton wool! On one side of the pad is soft fleece fabric, perfect for delicate areas of skin. The other side has a slightly rougher jersey texture to allow gentle exfoliating where required. Size 9-10cm diameter. Available in packs of 6.

Care: machine wash at 40ºC (inside a mesh bag or sock) and dry flat.
