**New - mircroterry Diddy Diaper**
This little nappy from Nature Babies is ideal for newborn or premature babies as it is trim-fitting and offers great value for money. Available in either cotton or microterry with a cotton jersey lining. Gentle covered elastic at the back of the waist and at the legs gives a comfortable but snug fit to ensure good containment. Manufactured in the UK.

Sizing
The Diddy Diaper will fit from around 4lb (1.8Kg) and the front can be folded down to achieve a customised fit on a tiny baby. Because the 'wings' are long there is good adjustability to suit all shapes of babies. The nappy will fit up to around 17lb (7.7Kg), so depending on your baby's build it will last up until your baby is somewhere between 3 and 7 months old (based on UK weight centile charts). You can use boosters to increase the absorbency of the nappy towards the higher end of the weight range if necessary.

Some suggest that this nappy, once outgrown, can be used to boost absorbency of other shaped nappies or pocket nappies. Whilst they can be used like this, they do not make the trimmest boosters, due to their elasticated waist and legs causing them to 'bunch up'.

Options
You can choose between cotton terry or microterry. The outer layers of the cotton terry Diddy Diaper are made from a lovely soft, stretchy, long loop unbleached terry towelling with two inner layers made from cotton jersey (the same fabric typically used for T-shirts) which stays soft with repeated washing. The mircroterry version is made from a complete layer of absorbent microterry and with two further layers hidden in the middle. The inner layer of both the cotton terry and the microterry Diddy Diapers is made from 100% cotton jersey, giving the option of natural product next to your baby's skin. The Diddy Diaper is available without fastening - the wings can be simply wraped over the baby's tummy and held in place with either a snug-fitting wrap or a Nappi Nippa. Alternatively the cotton terry Diddy Diaper is available with an Aplix fastening that also gives a very wide range of settings.
