Caring for and Washing your Cosytoes

Information on caring for your cosytoes / footmuffs

Washing
The Buggysnuggle cosytoes and Cozyosko ranges are fully machine washable unless otherwise stated. Remove the cosytoes from your buggy and wash at 40ºC, unless otherwise stated on the label. Take care to check the temperature guidelines on the label before washing. The fleece fabrics of our cosytoes are anti-pil so should not 'bobble' excessively in the wash. Wash dark colours separately or with other similar coloured items.

NB Always avoid washing fleece or fur textiles with new, natural fibre products that will shed 'fluff' (e.g. cotton), as this will cause bobbling on the fabric.

If your cosytoes has a combination of very light and dark fabric handwash separately for a wash or two until you are satisfied that the colours will not run.

Drying your cosytoes

You can simply hang them to dry in a warm place. Hanging to dry is more environmentally friendly than tumble-drying, and your cosytoes will dry quickly. Most can be tumble dried if necessary, on low heat, but do check the label for information specific to your cosytoes.
