Nappy Liners
Liners are available in a number of fabrics for different purposes. We stock a variety of fleece liners, silk liners and paper liners.
Fleece (polyester fleece just like in your jacket) liners are suitable for lining shaped nappies. They do not absorb moisture but allow the moisture through into the absorbent parts of the nappy. The fleece liner keeps a soft, dry layer against your baby's bottom as the fleece liner dries very quickly. They need removing at each nappy change whether soiled or not. You can then stretch it over the loo and allow any solids to drop off. The fleece liner can then be rinsed if necessary before washing. Fleece liners are generally non-staining. Simply wash with your nappies. Reusable liners work out as more economical than paper liners.
Silk liners are brilliant for helping when your baby might have a reaction or needs something that helps with healing. They are usually used for silk's natural healing properties rather than an everyday liner.
Biodegradable "paper" liners Flushable liners are designed to make removing the solids from the nappy easier. They are made from cellulose and help to keep nappy soiling to a minimum. Simply remove from the nappy and flush away. These nappy liners can be used with any type of nappies, including pocket nappies (though the stay-dry effect of the fleece or polyester lining will be reduced as the paper stays damp).
